If you are unable to login to your account, it is possible that the servers are experiencing difficulties, or that there is on-going server maintenance. Please try again later, and if you are still experiencing this issue, feel free to contact us.
I forgot my password
We all sometimes forget our passwords, but don’t panic! We have established a secure system to reset your password in no time. Just make sure you have access to the email you used while creating your account.
Until the "forgot password?" form is released, you can contact us and we will help you reset your password in a private manner.
An Isotopic account can have up to three (3) wallets linked to it at a time. In order to play a game that you own, your wallet with that particular NFT must be linked to your account.
There is a minimum period of 10 days that a wallet must be linked before it can be unlinked, so please be careful with which wallet addresses you link to your account.
Please read this post or visit our community before you submit a bug report. We are working very hard to fix as many issues as possible, but things don’t always work the way they should.
There is no currently known bugs with the platform. Please share any issues that you find with us, so that our engineers can resolve them.
